This is not trying to be a messaging app, escrow product, or insurance layer. The product reveals each party’s phone number after a match and lets the job happen directly.

Cancellation policy

Once a crew accepts a listing, both sides are expected to complete the job unless there is a legitimate reason. Repeated late cancellations or cancellations without timely notice can lead to warnings, temporary suspension, and account bans for abuse.

If you need to cancel, notify the homeowner as early as possible and explain the reason. This keeps the board reliable for crews and homeowners alike.
